Shipping

Shipping to most places in the UK are free and orders are prepared and shipped on the same day. Where we can will try and explain shopping charges at checkout. We know and value your custom so we do everything we can to get your artwork ship to you as soon as possible.

 

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

 

Customs and import taxes

Some international shipments may be subject to additional import taxes and custom which will need to be paid upfront by you, the receiver. We will endeavour to provide this information when possible at the checkout but buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are not my responsibility. 

 

Returns and exchanges

 

Customers are very important to us and we do not just say that, we back it up with our actions. Therefore, if you are not completely happy with your artwork,  please contact me first to discuss how best we could help to come to an arrangement which would suit you.  If you are still not happy after the discussion with your order, you have 14 days from the date received the piece to request a replacement or refund.  

 

Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery and make sure the artwork is in the same condition as it arrived.

Conditions of return

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
